Accept the Minecraft EULA – eula.txt, Server Won’t Start

Why does the server exit after the first start?
The first run writes eula.txt and stops until you accept Mojang’s EULA. Without eula=true, port 25565 never opens.
How do I accept it?
Edit eula.txt, set eula=true, save, start. NexoraHost panel often has an “accept EULA” checkbox.
Case and spaces?
Exactly eula=true, lowercase, no spaces around =.
Bedrock dedicated?
Bedrock does not use the same Java eula.txt.
