Set Up Webspace – Domain Won't Connect? Step by Step
Quick answer: Setting up webspace in Plesk takes minutes. If your domain won't connect, it's usually nameservers or DNS – not the webspace itself.
This guide shows you step by step how to set up your webspace at NexoraHost – from the first login to a finished website. With Plesk and the integrated AI, it's faster than ever.
Step 1: Log in to the customer panel
After your order, you'll receive an email with your access credentials. Log in to the customer panel. There you'll find an overview of your purchased products.
Step 2: Open Plesk
Click on your webspace product in the customer panel. You'll find a direct link to Plesk – your management interface. Alternatively, you can access Plesk at https://your-domain.com:8443.
Step 3: Create a website with AI
Plesk offers an integrated AI that creates a complete website for you in just a few minutes:
- Click on Create Website or AI Website Builder in Plesk
- Briefly describe what kind of website you want – e.g. "A blog about sustainable farming with a green design" or "A portfolio page for my photography with a gallery and contact form"
- The AI automatically generates:
- A suitable design and color scheme
- Template texts for your industry
- A page structure with home page, about, contact
- Matching images (optional)
- Customize texts and images to your liking
- Click Publish – your website is online
Step 4: Alternative – Install WordPress with 1-click
